A Look at the Week Ahead on Hallmark Channel

LOTS of movies this week, folks.   And I’m not even done watching the movies from this past weekend.  I only saw half of “A Gift to Remember 2” and none of “Our Christmas Love Song” – with any luck I’ll finish those tonight AND still manage to see “A Christmas Duet,” which premieres tonight.

Because there’s a new movie every day AND because I’m behind on reviews, I will not be doing many previews this week except for TWO movies: “Check Inn to Christmas” which premieres tomorrow, and “Christmas at the Plaza” on Thursday.  Those previews will publish on the day the movie is premiering. If I have time I’ll preview the Sat/Sun movies in one post on Friday.  It’ll just depend on whether or not I can keep up with the movies airing and the subsequent reviews.

The list of movies in the picture to the left is ONLY for Hallmark Channel – it does not include the new movie premiering on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries channel on Saturday evening.  That movie is “Sense, Sensibility and Snowmen” starring Erin Krakow and Luke MacFarlane.  There is no new movie on Sunday night, however all day Sunday starting at 5 a.m. ET the Hallmark Movies & Mysteries channel is re-airing all of its 2019 movies, so if you have not been able to see any of that channel’s offerings, Sunday is a good day to catch up.  Here is the schedule for that day (all times EASTERN) (if linked, click to see my review):

5 a.m.: Nostalgic Christmas, starring Brooke D’Orsay and Trevor Donovan

7 a.m.: A Godwink Christmas: Meant for Love, starring Cindy Busby and Ben Hollingsworth

9 a.m.: A Blue Ridge Mountain Christmas, starring Rachael Leigh Cook and Ben Ayres

11 a.m.: A Christmas Miracle, starring Tamera Mowry-Housley and Brooks Darnell

1 p.m.: A Merry Christmas Match, starring Ashley Newbrough and Kyle Dean Massey

3 p.m.: Holiday Hearts, starring Ashley Williams and Paul Campbell

5 p.m.: Our Christmas Love Song, starring Alicia Witt and Brendan Hines

7 p.m.: Holiday for Heroes, starring Melissa Claire Egan and Marc Blucas

9 p.m.: Two Turtles Doves, starring Nikki DeLoach and Michael Rady

11 p.m.: Sense, Sensibility and Snowmen, starring Erin Krakow and Luke MacFarlane

Of those movies, my top two are “Two Turtle Doves” and “Holiday Hearts” so be sure to check them out on Sunday if you have not already seen them.

As for tomorrow, keep an eye out for the preview of “Check Inn to Christmas” as well as my reviews of the two Sunday movies, “A Gift to Remember 2” and “Our Christmas Love Song.”

I've been a fan of Hallmark movies for as long as I can remember. In 2018 I decided it was finally time to write about it, and thus this website was born.
